How to spend your time in Tardos?
Malomvölgy in Tardos is a popular resting place where nature is close and silence is reposeful. You have the opportunity of taking longer and shorter walks, playing ball games, camping, cooking outside, cycling or fishing on the fishpond.
The national Kék Túra route crosses Tardos. We also have local tour routes which start from and end at the Kemencés Fogadó. On the Yellow sign you can follow the track of the former railway. The Red sign leads you to the peak of Gerecse. The still operating mine called Vörösmárvány can also be visited.
You can visit the museum introducing Tardos and the Old Radio Museum with more than a hundred old and operable radios. 5 minutes from Tardos you can visit the Agostyáni Arborétum with groups on weekends. Programs described above may need more time than just a short trip. All dear visitors can be well accommodated in our comfortable guest-house even for a longer period of time. For more information please visit Kemencés Fogadó.
The Malomvölgyi Nyár is the frame of our summer programs among which you can always find a big musical concert.
The Tardosi Falu Napok takes place on the third weekend of June every year. Throughout these three days you can join sport events, cooking competitions, exhibitions, cultural programs and the Saturday night shindig.
